Preliminary Procedures Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement. Detach the radiator outlet coolant hose.
1	Engine Coolant Inlet Pipe Fasteners (Qty: 2) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 9 N·m(80 lb in)
2	Engine Coolant Outlet Pipe Assembly Procedure Replace the gasket. After installation, fill the coolant reservoir to the recommended fill level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling. Inspect cooling system for leaks

Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.
Detach the radiator outlet coolant hose.

Engine Coolant Inlet Pipe Fasteners (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m(80 lb in)

Engine Coolant Outlet Pipe Assembly

Replace the gasket.
After installation, fill the coolant reservoir to the recommended fill level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
Inspect cooling system for leaks
