Exhaust Manifold Cleaning and Inspection LLU

1. Clean the exhaust manifold in solvent.

Warning: Wear safety glasses in order to avoid eye damage.

2. Dry the exhaust manifold with compressed air.
3. An exhaust manifold leak or damage may cause an exhaust leak and may effect OBD II system performance. A damaged exhaust manifold must be replaced.
4. Clean the exhaust manifold mating surface.
5. Inspect the turbo charger for damage.
