Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Installation for Opel Insignia HB (Global Epsilon) 2009

  1. Install the thermostat housing seal (2).
  2. Install the thermostat (1).
  3. Install the thermostat housing (3).

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Install the 3 thermostat housing bolts (4) and tighten to  XX N·m (XX lb ft).
