    Note: The knock sensor connector must be oriented parallel to oil pan rail.

  1. Install the knock sensor bank 1 (2).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the knock sensor bolt bank 1 (1) and tighten to  23 N·m (17 lb ft).
