Makes 🢒 Opel 🢒 2009 🢒 Insignia HB (Global Epsilon) 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Turbocharger Assemble

    Object Number: 2026514 Size: SH

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Install the 3 turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve bolts (6) and tighten to  10 N·m (89 lb in).
  2. Install the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve.
  3. Install the positive crankcase ventilation tube (1) from the turbocharger (2).
  4. Install the positive crankcase ventilation tube seal (7) from the turbocharger.
  5. Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve (5).
  6. Install the 3 turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve bracket bolt (3) and tighten to  10 N·m (89 lb in).
  7. Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve bracket  (4).
