Makes 🢒 Opel 🢒 2009 🢒 Insignia HB (Global Epsilon) 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Upper Intake Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 2026522 Size: SH
  1. Install the 2 upper-to-lower intake manifold alignment pins (1).

    2. Object Number: 2026521 Size: SH
  2. Install the NEW upper intake manifold gasket bank 1 (2).
  3. Install the NEW upper intake manifold gasket bank 2 (1).

    4. Object Number: 2026520 Size: SH
  4. Install the upper intake manifold (3).

    5. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Install the 2 short intake manifold bolts (2) and tighten to  23 N·m (17 lb ft).
  6. Install the 4 long intake manifold bolts (1) and tighten to  23 N·m (17 lb ft).
  7. Install the power brake booster vacuum pipe connector (4) to the power brake booster vacuum pipe venturi.

  8. Install the fuel injector wiring harness plug to fuel injector wiring harness bracket.
