Makes 🢒 Opel 🢒 2009 🢒 Insignia HB (Global Epsilon) 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Fuel Rail Installation

  1. Install the NEW 12 fuel injector seals (3).
  2. Install the 6 fuel injectors (2).
  3. Install the 6 fuel injector retainer clips (1).

    4. Object Number: 2026578 Size: SH
  4. Install the fuel injector rail (2).

    5. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Install the 3 fuel injector rail bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    6. Object Number: 2026577 Size: SH
  6. Install the fuel injector wiring harness (2).
  7. Install the 6 fuel injector wiring harness plug (1).
