EN 46104 Water Pump Pulley Holding Tool

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools.


    Object Number: 2026518 Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW water pump gasket (3).
  2. Install the water pump (2) from the front cover.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the 6 water pump bolts (1)  and tighten to  10 N·m (89 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 2026517 Size: SH
  4. Install the water pump pulley (2).
  5. Loosely install the 4 water pump pulley bolts (1).

    6. Object Number: 1855657 Size: SH
  6. Install the EN 46104 holder  (1) onto the water pump pulley and tighten the 4 water pump pulley bolts to  10 N·m (89 lb in).
