Special Tools

    • EN 46106 Engine Flywheel Holding Tool .
    • EN 45059 Torque Angle Sensor Kit .

    Object Number: 2026575 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine flywheel (2).
  2. Loosely install the NEW 8 engine flywheel bolts (1).

    3. Object Number: 945978 Size: SH
  3. Install the EN 46106 engine flywheel holding tool .

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2026575 Size: SH
  4. Tighten the NEW 8 engine flywheel bolts (1) to  30 N·m (22 lb ft).
  5. Tighten the NEW 8 engine flywheel bolts an additional  75 degrees using the EN 45059 angle meter .

    6. Object Number: 945978 Size: SH
  6. Remove the EN 46106 holder .
