Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the upper intake manifold. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Replacement.
2. Remove the power brake booster vacuum pipe from the power brake booster.
3. Disconnect all engine wiring harness connectors from bank 1 of the engine.
4. Remove the bank 1 ignition coils. Refer to Ignition Coil Replacement - Bank 1.

Right Side Camshaft Cover

Procedure

1. Remove the bank 1 camshaft cover. Refer to Camshaft Cover Removal - Bank 1.
2. Install the bank 1 camshaft cover. Refer to Camshaft Cover Installation - Bank 1.
