Camshaft Cleaning and Inspection LDK

1. Inspect the camshaft journals and lobes for wear or scoring.
2. Inspect the camshaft sprocket alignment notch for damage.
3. Inspect the exhaust camshaft insert (1) for damage.
4. Inspect the camshaft cover for damage or loose oil control baffles.
5. Clean the camshaft cover.
6. Wash the camshaft in solvent.
7. Oil the camshaft.
8. Inspect the camshaft cover for cracks or other signs of damage.
