Engine Block Assemble for Opel Insignia NB (Global Epsilon) 2009

1. Install the coolant jacket plugs (1; 2).



2. Lubricate the crankshaft position sensor O-ring with engine oil.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install the crankshaft position sensor (2) and bolt (1).
4. Tighten the crankshaft position sensor bolt to  XX N·m (XX lb ft).



5. Install the piston oil nozzles (2).
6. Install the piston oil nozzle bolts (1).

Tighten the piston oil nozzle bolts to  XX N·m (XX lb ft).
