Piston, Connecting Rod, and Bearing Installation for Opel Insignia NB (Global Epsilon) 2009


    Object Number: 2026656 Size: SH
  1. Install the piston and connecting rod assembly (4).
  2. Install the connecting rod bearing (3).
  3. Install the connecting rod cap (1).

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Install the connecting rod bolts (2) and tighten to XX N·m (XX lb ft).
  5. Assemble the caps and connecting rods in the marked position.
  6. Rotate the crankshaft to a position where the connecting rod bolts are in the best situation for install.
