Secondary Timing Chain Tensioner Removal - Bank 2 for Opel Insignia NB (Global Epsilon) 2009

  1. Remove the 2 secondary timing chain tensioner bolts (3).
  2. Remove the secondary timing chain tensioner (1).
  3. Remove the secondary timing chain tensioner gasket (2).
  4. Inspect the secondary timing chain tensioner mounting surface on the cylinder head for burrs or any defects that would degrade the sealing of the NEW secondary timing chain tensioner gasket.
