Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Installation for Opel Insignia NB (Global Epsilon) 2009

  1. Install the turbocharger coolant feed pipe (5).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the turbo charger coolant feed pipe fitting (3) and (4) and tighten the M14 banjo screw to  35 N·m (26 lb ft).
  3. Install the turbo charger coolant feed pipe fitting (1) and (2) and tighten the M12 banjo screw to  30 N·m (22 lb ft).
