Tools Required

XXXXX Adjuster

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools.

1. Remove the manual transmission control lever knob. Refer to LINK.
2. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement.
3. Open hood.



4. Position the transaxle into NEUTRAL and fix it with XXXXX adjuster (1).



5. Turn the gearshift guide (2) at 180° and get the pins into the holes.



6. Into the vehicle pull behind the retainer for the gearshift cable to open it.

Note: Displacement of the gearshift cable in relation to its seating.

1. Pull again the retainer (3) from the gearshift cable to fixate it.



2. Turn the gearshift guide at 180° and get out the pins from the holes.
3. Remove XXXXX adjuster from the housing shift control.
4. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement.
5. Remove the manual transmission control lever knob. Refer to LINK.
