Intake Manifold Installation 2H0

1. Clean the sealing surfaces.
2. Insert 4 NEW gaskets.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




3. Install the intake manifold and the 7 bolts (1) and tighten to  20N·m (15 lb ft).



4. Install the intake manifold support (1) and the 2 intake manifold support bolts (2, 3) and tighten to  8N·m (71 lb in).

Intake Manifold Installation LDE

1. Clean the sealing surfaces.
2. Insert the NEW gasket.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




3. Install the intake manifold (2) and the 7 intake manifold bolts (1) and tighten to  20 N·m (15 lb ft).



4. Install the intake manifold support (1) and the 2 bolts (2, 3) and tighten to  8 N·m (71 lb in).

Intake Manifold Installation LLU

1. Install the intake manifold sealing (4).
2. Install the intake manifold (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install the 3 intake manifold nuts (2) and tighten to  20 N·m (15 lb ft).
4. Install the 5 intake manifold bolts (1) and tighten to  20 N·m (15 lb ft).
