The following service procedures require either a programming or a setup event performed for a complete repair.

If the steering column lock control module is replaced, the control module programming procedure must be performed. Refer to Service Programming System (SPS).

Do not reprogram the steering column lock control module unless directed by a service procedure or a service bulletin.

If the steering column lock control module needs to be reprogrammed, refer to Service Programming System (SPS).
