Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement.
2. Remove the front floor console rear air duct. Refer to Front Floor Console Rear Air Duct Replacement.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Shift Cable (Qty: 2)

Procedure

1. Carefully open clamping piece using a small screwdriver.
2. Compress to release lugs.
3. On installation do not lock clamping piece.

Tip
Open clamping piece as far as notch only, opening any further (overstretching) may damage clamping piece.

Shift Control Lever Fastener (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
15 N·m(11 lb ft)

Procedure

Adjust shift cables after installation. Refer to LINK.
