Inspect the ignition (IGN) MAIN 1 MaxiFuse.

Is there an open in the ignition (IGN) MAIN MaxiFuse?

Repair the short to ground in CKT 42.

Is the repair complete?

  1. Set the gear selector to the PARK position.
  2. Turn and hold the ignition switch to the START position.
  3. Measure the voltage from the starter solenoid terminal S to ground.

Is the voltage equal to the specified value?

0-9.5V

Go to Step 4

  1. Disconnect the transaxle range switch.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the START position.
  3. Measure the voltage from the transaxle range switch connector C1 terminal G to ground.

Is the voltage equal to the specified value?

0-9.5V

  1. Backprobe between C201 terminal D5 to ground.
  2. Measure the voltage.

Is the voltage equal to the specified value?

0-9.5V
