Check the vehicle for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).

Are any DTCs present?

Go to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List

Go to Step 2

1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position. Coolant warning indicator should be on.
2. Start the engine, and idle. Coolant warning indicator should go off.

Does the cooling warning indicator operate properly?
