VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1986 AND EARLIER 'A' STYLES

Customer comments of loose wiper arms on past model 'A' vehicles (1984-85), as well as 1986 model'A' vehicles prior to units equipped with the new style wiper arms, can be corrected by installing the new style wiper arms, P/N 20642992 Riaht and P/N 20642853 Left. (Refer to Bulletin number 86-2-156, dated AUG. 18/86.)

In rare cases it may be necessary to reposition the cowl grille to obtain the necessary clearances for the new style wiper arm.
