CATALYTIC CONVERTOR ODOR

1987 6000 VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 2.8L V-6 ENGINE (VIN W)

Some 1987 6000 vehicles may exhibit a higher than normal catalytic converter odor during vehicle operation. This odor condition can be reduced by installing a service catalytic converter, part number 25104019. The 1988 vehicle has the new design already installed.
