NEW DESIGN LO / REVERSE PIPE, SEAL AND COMPONENTS

1987 6000, SUNBIRD AND FIERO MODELS EQUIPPED WITH THM 125C TRANSAXLES

BULLETIN COVERS:

A new design lo/reverse pipe, seal and components was implemented on all Windsor built 125C transaxles built between the dates of January 12, 1987 and April 6, 1987 (Julian Dates 012 - 096) . This temporary change included a case with a machined boss, retainer bracket, reverse oil pipe and reverse oil seal.

NOTICE: To assist in identification, the parts catalog refers to these changes as Second Design.

DATE OF PRODUCTION CHANGE: (Figure 1) -------------------------- New design lo/reverse pipe, seal and components implemented on all Windsor transaxles built between January 12, 1987 (Julian date 012) and April 6, 1987 (Julian date 096).

To service a new design case (with machined boss) for any reason, order a first design case (part number 8653918) and first design lo/reverse pipe, seal and components (refer to arts catalog for first design part umbers).
