Labor operations in this section are to be used for the repair of rust through perforation damage. In the event the rust through damage is extensive enough to require panel replacement, the time required to replace the panel should be submitted as straight time (ST) in the Other Labor Hours column and appropriate authorization is required. Refer to the Paint section of this guide for paint times and enter the paint time in the Regular Labor Hours column.
