The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Vehicle may have concern with the radio loosing approximately 2-3 minutes of time a week.
Recommendation/Instructions:
The technician should be advised to send the radio to an approved repair center where they will reflash the microprocessor.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
