Front Seat Cushion Replacement Aztek

1. Remove the front bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
2. Remove the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
3. Remove the front seat cushion cover from the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .



4. Remove the front seat cushion from the front seat frame.

1. Install the front seat cushion cover to the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
2. Install the front seat cushion to the front seat frame.
3. Install the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
4. Install the front bucket seat to the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .

Front Seat Cushion Replacement Rendezvous

Caution: Replace the passenger presence system as a complete assembly to prevent possible injury to the occupant. The bladder, the pressure sensor, the seat cushion, and the control module are assembled and calibrated as a unit. Using only some of the components in the service kit will cause the passenger presence system to operate improperly.

1. If replacing the front passenger seat cushion, you must also replace the inflatable restraint passenger presence system. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Passenger Presence System Replacement - Front .
2. Remove the front bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
3. Remove the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
4. Remove the front seat cushion cover from the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .



5. Remove the front seat cushion from the front seat frame.

1. Install the front seat cushion cover to the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
2. Install the front seat cushion to the front seat frame.
3. Install the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
4. Install the front bucket seat to the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
5. For Delphi Pods - B only, front passenger seat only, install a NEW inflatable restraint passenger presence system. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Passenger Presence System Replacement - Front .

Caution: To avoid personal injuries, re-zero the passenger presence system whenever you remove or replace the seat cushion or trim. Failure to do so may cause the system to malfunction.

6. Re-zero the passenger presence system. Refer to Passenger Presence System Rezeroing , passenger seat only.
