This Service VME to all Buick, Chevrolet, Pontiac, Saturn dealers concerns:
2005 4T65E TRANSMISSION EQUIPPED VEHICLES (MN3, MN7, M15, M76)
CUSTOMER CONCERN OF SES LIGHT ON P0741 AND P2761 CODES CURRENT
Recent WPC parts reviews have indicated an open in the internal transmission wiring harness for circuit 418 at the back of the transmission 20 way connector. A circuit check will indicate an open between the transmission and the PCM. If the transmission internal harness is removed and the cover on the rear of the 20-way connector disassembled, a slight tug on the brown circuit 418 wire will result in the terminal and wire backing out. Replacement of harness part number 24229643 will correct the condition. K6554 is the likely labor operation for this repair.
