CHOKE LIGHT CIRCUIT MANUAL CORRECTION

1984 5.0L GRAND PRIX AND BONNEVILLE WITH GAUGE PACKAGE

The information in the 1984 Loose-Leaf Service Manual is incomplete in regard to the choke heater and choke light for the 1984 Grand Prix/Bonneville with 5.0L engine and gauges. Only the circuit for the 3.8L engine with gauges is shown. The 3.8L uses a relay in this circuit, while the 5.0L engine does not.

For the correct circuit, please see page "B" Car - 128 of the Loose-Leaf Electrical Troubleshooting Section.

This correction has been made in the bound carline manuals.
