HARSH 1-2 AND/0R 3-4 SHIFTS ALL MODEL THM 200-4R TRANS

MODELS AFFECTED: Grand Prix, Bonneville, Parisienne,Parisienne Wagon

SERVICE PROCEDURE -

1. On the BQ and OM model transmissions remove the control valve body assembly and the 3-4 accumulator spring from the transmission and replace with the control valve body assembly and the 3-4 accumulator spring provided in the service package.

2. On the BT, and BY model transmissions remove the following parts and replace them with the parts which are contained in the service package.

A. Control Valve Body Assembly B. * 3-4 Accumulator Spring C. 1-2 Accumulator Spring D. Control Valve Body Spacer Plate E. Pressure Regulator Valve Spring F. Intermediate Servo Cushion Spring

NOTE: THE 3-4 ACCUMULATOR SPRING ON THE BT AND BY MODEL TRANSMISSIONS IS TO BE REMOVED AND DISCARDED. THE 3-4 ACCUMULATOR PISTON IS TO BE ASSEMBLED AS SHOWN IN FIGURES 1 AND 2.
