The following procedure was not included in the 1992 Service Manual. Please use this procedure for adjusting the front or rear door window.
1. Ensure window is in full up position. 2. Disconnect negative battery cable. 3. Remove trim panel and water deflector. Refer to procedures in the Service Manual. 4. Loosen front run channel bolts. 5. Loosen window-to-module sash nuts. 6. Grasp window and move it rearward and upward into seal to assure full engagement of window to run channel. 7. Tighten window-to-module sash nuts to 12 N.m (106 lb. in.). 8. Tighten front run channel bolts to 12 N.m (115 lb. in.). 9. Install water deflector and trim panel. Refer to procedures in the Service Manual. 10. Connect negative battery cable. 11. Cycle window up and down to check operation.

Loosen sash nuts and front channel assembly upper bolt. 5. With window in full up position, push window upward and forward. 6. Tighten sash nuts to 12 N.m (106 lb. in.) and front channel assembly upper bolt to 13 N.m (115 lb. in.). 7. Install water deflector and trim panel. Refer to procedures in the Service Manual. 8. Connect negative battery cable. 9. Cycle window up and down to check operation.
