MODELS AFFECTED: 1992 BONNEVILLE AND TRANS SPORT VEHICLES

THIS BULLETIN IS BEING REVISED TO ADD THE 1992 TRANS SPORT MODELS AND TO CHANGE THE WARRANTY INFORMATION. THIS BULLETIN CANCELS AND REPLACES BULLETIN 92-5-22 ISSUED 11/92. PLEASE DISCARD BULLETIN 92-5-22.

1992 Bonneville vehicles within the following VIN Ranges: 1992 Trans Sport - ALL

CONDITION:

--------- Noise in rear brake, increased pedal travel over time, or one wheel slides.

CAUSE:

----- Rear parking brake adjuster spring breaks at either attaching point.

CORRECTION:

---------- Install new service spring kit. This kit includes springs, actuators, and instructions for both rear brakes. Replace both sides at the same time, even if only one is broken.
