TO REPAIR THIS CONDITION, REPLACE SEAT BACK FOAM, SEAT COVER AND SEAT BOLSTERS. REPLACE THE EXISTING SEAT BOLSTERS WITH THE FOLLOWING PART NUMBERS:
RIGHT BOLSTER - P/N 16707696 LEFT BOLSTER - P/N 16707697
REPAIR PROCEDURE -
1. REMOVE HEAD RESTRAINT USING TOOL J38530.
2. REMOVE SEAT BACK COVER, (3) J-SECTION RETAINERS, (4) HOG RINGS, (6) HOOK AND LOOP PATCHES.
3. REMOVE SEAT BACK FOAM AND DISCARD.
4. REMOVE BOLSTER BLADDERS.
5. REMOVE BOLSTERS.
6. REVERSE STEPS FOR INSTALLATION.
PARTS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FROM GMSPO.
