Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 500955 Size: SH
  1. Lower the headliner in order to access the drain hose connections. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the clamp and the drain hose from the drain spout.
  3. Remove the interior moldings in order to access the drain hose retaining clips. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement or Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Remove the tape from the drain hose.
  5. Remove the front drain hose (1) from the retaining clips.

  6. Remove the rear upper drain hose (1) from the retaining clips.

    7. Object Number: 258860 Size: SH
  7. Remove the rear lower drain hose (1) from the retaining clips.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 258860 Size: SH
  1. Clip the rear lower drain hose (1) into position.

    2. Object Number: 258856 Size: SH
  2. Clip the rear upper drain hose (1) into position.

    3. Object Number: 258852 Size: SH
  3. Clip the front drain hose (1) into position.
  4. Install the interior moldings. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement or Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

    5. Important: When installing the drain hose clamps, position the clamps in order to maintain clearance between the clamps and the headliner.

  5. Install the drain hose to the drain spout.

    6. Notice: Use care when removing and installing the headliner. If reusing the headliner lay the headliner down flat on a clean surface. Excessive bending will damage the headliner.

  6. Install the headliner to the roof. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
