Did you perform the Lighting System Diagnostic System Check

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Lighting Systems

1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
2. Install a scan tool.
3. With a scan tool, observe the Left Turn Switch parameter in the IPC data list.

Does the left turn signal input indicate ON?

Go to Turn Signal Lamps Always On - One Side

Go to Step 3

Replace the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
