J 41712 Oil Pressure Switch Socket

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the oil pressure switch (1).
3. Remove the oil pressure switch (1) using the J 41712 .

Notice: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Notice in the Preface section.




1. Install the oil pressure switch (1) using the J 41712 .

Tighten
Tighten the engine oil pressure switch (1) to 16 N·m (12 lb ft).

2. Connect the electrical connector to the oil pressure switch.
3. Lower the vehicle.
