When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

If an owner reports that their radio has poor reception and experiences a loss of radio stations, it may be necessary to calibrate the radio tuner. The radio tuner calibration can be accomplished with the Tech 2. When using the Tech 2, you will need to select special functions, set options, tuner setting, tuner calibration, then select continue. This will display the antenna calibration window, which will indicate distance, local or normal.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
