Water Leak on Floor - keywords deflector door seal

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.

Water leak onto the floorboard area near any of the 4 doors.

Remove the door panel of the door closest to the leak and inspect the door water deflector for proper adhesion. If the water deflector is loose, reinstall and ensure the deflector is completely sealed to the door. Additional butyl may be used if needed.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
