Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2004 🢒 Bonneville 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls - 3.8L (L36 and L67) 🢒 Ignition Coil Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Turn OFF the ignition.

    2. Object Number: 12299 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the spark plug wires from the coil assemblies.
  3. Remove the screws (1) securing the coil assemblies to the ignition control module (ICM).
  4. Remove the coils (2) from the ICM (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 12299 Size: SH
  1. Attach the coils (2) to the ICM (3).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the ICM attaching screws (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 4.5 N·m (40 lb in)

  3. Connect the spark plug wires to the coils assemblies.
