Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2005 🢒 Bonneville 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls - 4.6L 🢒 Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear compartment trim panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.

    2. Object Number: 32756 Size: SH
  2. Remove the fuel sender access panel bolts.
  3. Remove the fuel sender access panel.

    4. Object Number: 18839 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
  5. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 18839 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor.
  2. Connect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 32756 Size: SH
  3. Install the fuel sender access panel.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the fuel sender access panel bolts.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the fuel sender access panel bolts to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  5. Install the rear compartment trim panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
