WATER TEST... THE TECHNICIAN PERFORMING THE REPAIRS SHOULD PERSONALLY WATER TEST AND/OR ROAD TEST THE VEHICLE TO DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF THE WATER LEAK, NOISE OR WIND NOISE COMPLAINTS BEFORE BEGINNING REPAIR OPERATIONS. THE TEST RESULTS SHOULD PIN-POINT THE AREA WHERE REPAIRS ARE NEEDED. CHECK WEDGE PLATE CONTACT** BEFORE ADJUSTING THE LIFT-OFF PANEL, THE DOOR TO LOCK PILLAR WEDGE PLATES MUST MAKE CONTACT. TO CHECK WEDGE PLATE CONTACT, APPLY A PIECE OF MASKING TAPE OVER LOCK PILLAR WEDGE PLATE AND CLOSE DOOR. IF THE TAPE IS NOT TORN, ADDITIONAL SHIM(S) ARE REQUIRED AND THE CHECKING PROCEDURE MUST BE PERFORMED AFTER THE SHIMS ARE ADDED. **ALIGNMENT AND ADJUSTMENTS** DOOR GLASS AND FILLER PANEL (SEE PAPER BULLETIN FOR ADDITIONAL DETAIL AND ILLUSTRATIONS)
