THERE ARE TWO END PLAY CHECKING FIXTURE ADAPTORS AVAILABLE FOR CHECKING END PLAY ON THM 700-R4 TRANSMISSIONS. SEE FIGURE 1. J-34725 IS USED FOR 298 MM STYLE TURBINE SHAFTS, AND J-25022 IS USED FOR 245 MM STYLE TURBINE SHAFTS. BE CERTAIN TO USE THE CORRECT TOOL AND FOLLOW THE SERVICE MANUAL PROCEDURE WHEN CHECKING END PLAY. (SEE ILLUSTRATION)
