THIS CONDITION, IF NOT CORRECTED, MAY RESULT IN THE VEHICLE EMITTING HYDROCARBON (HC) POLLUTANTS IN EXCESS OF EMISSION STANDARDS. LOOSEN SPRING CLAMP AND DISCONNECT LONG HOSE FROM FUEL TANK TO VALVE. 3. DISCONNECT HOSE FROM CONTROL VALVE CAP FITTING. 4. REMOVE FUEL TANK PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE. 5. REINSTALL FUEL TANK PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE BY REORIENTATING VALVE 180 DEGREES. CHECK TO INSURE CONTROL VALVE AND MARKED CAN IS INSTALLED TO SHORT HOSE TO CANISTER AND CONTROL VALVE END MARKED TANK IS INSTALLED TO LONG HOSE TO FUEL TANK. REINSTALL HOSE TO CONTROL VALVE CAP FITTING (REFER TO ILLUSTRATION). CHECK TO INSURE THIS HOSE DOES NOT BECOME KINKED. 6. INSTALL CAMPAIGN IDENTIFICATION LABEL. CAMPAIGN IDENTIFICATION LABEL EACH VEHICLE MODIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS OUTLINED IN THIS PRODUCT CAMPAIGN BULLETIN WILL REQUIRE A "CAMPAIGN IDENTIFICATION LABEL." EACH LABEL PROVIDES A SPACE TO INCLUDE THE CAMPAIGN NUMBER, THE FIVE DIGIT DEALER CODE OF THE DEALER PERFORMING THE CAMPAIGN SERVICE, AND THE DATE VEHICLE WAS CAMPAIGNED. THIS INFORMATION MAY BE INSERTED WITH A TYPEWRITER OR BALLPOINT PEN. INSTALL THE LABEL ON THE RADIATOR BAFFLE WHERE IT IS READILY VISIBLE. CLOSE HOOD.
