Lower air deflectors for Trans Am models are not installed at the factory. Taking a test drive without the air deflector installed will result in an overheat condition and may cause subsequent engine damage. This bulletin is to serve as a reminder for all Pontiac dealers to install the lower air deflector during New Vehicle Inspection and/or before the car is driven.
