Some 1986 Firebird models with 5.OL PFI (Port Fuel Injected) LB9 engines may exhibit a moan or vibration when the air conditioning is engaged. This condition may be improved by the installation of an inertia ring kit on the A/C compressor. The kit P/N is 2724034.
