Condition:

----------- Rear Underbody buzz or rattle on vehicles equipped with N10 exhaust (Dual Catalytic Converters)

Cause:

------- Heat Shield hits floor pan.

Correction:

------------ Install rubber bumper P/N 10164154 at location shown in Figure 1.
