VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1993 "F" MODEL
1993 Chevrolet and Pontiac F-Car
Seat spring noise from passenger front seat.
Nylon sleeve on seat adjuster return spring positioned too far forward.
Reposition nylon sleeve on return spring.
1. Move passenger seat forward.
2. From the rear, reach under seat and disconnect retum spring from front of outboard adjuster then from rear.
3. Position rear end of spring wire through second row of nylon sleeve webbing and slide sleeve forward over spring. (See Illustration.)
4. Reinstall spring to outboard adjuster.
