Exhaust Manifold Removal Left Side


    Object Number: 192720 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the left heated oxygen sensor electrical connector from the wire support bracket.
  2. Remove the left heated oxygen sensor.

    3. Object Number: 50755 Size: SH
  3. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield nuts.
  4. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shields.

    5. Important: When removing the EGR inlet tube from the left exhaust manifold, inspect the pipe for leaks during installation. Replace the EGR adapter if the pipe leaks.

  5. Remove the EGR inlet pipe bolt and nuts.
  6. Remove the EGR inlet pipe from the exhaust manifold.

    7. Object Number: 36635 Size: SH
  7. Remove the exhaust manifold nuts.
  8. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  9. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.

Exhaust Manifold Removal Right Side


    Object Number: 192721 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right heated oxygen sensor electrical connector from the lift bracket.
  2. Remove the right heated oxygen sensor.

    3. Object Number: 36638 Size: SH
  3. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield nuts.
  4. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shields.

    5. Object Number: 36652 Size: SH
  5. Remove the exhaust manifold nuts.
  6. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  7. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.
