Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 341078 Size: SH
  1. Turn the ignition key to the RUN position (4).
  2. Turn the headlamps ON, then turn the switch back to park lamps.

    3. This will leave the headlamps in the up position with the lamps off.

  3. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position (1).

    4. Object Number: 294737 Size: SH
  4. Open the hood.
  5. Remove the two rear headlamp door bolts.
  6. Remove the headlamp bezel screws.
  7. Remove the headlamp bezel.

    8. Object Number: 294732 Size: SH
  8. Remove the two front headlamp door bolts.
  9. Turn the headlamp switch off to lower the headlamps.
  10. Remove the headlamp door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 294732 Size: SH
  1. Install the headlamp door.
  2. Install rear inboard headlamp door bolt first.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the headlamp door bolt to 1.7 N·m (15 lb in).

  3. Install the rear outboard headlamp door bolt next.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the headlamp door bolt to 2.0 N·m (18 lb in).

  4. Turn headlamp switch on, then turn switch back to park lamp.

    5. This will leave headlamps in the up position with lamps off.

  5. Install the front two headlamp door bolts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the headlamp door bolt to 1.7 N·m (15 lb in).

  6. Install the headlamp bezel.
  7. Install the headlamp bezel screws.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the headlamp bezel screws to the 1.7 N·m (15 lb in).

  8. Close the hood.
  9. Turn the headlamp switch off to lower the headlamps.
