Circuit Description
This DTC identifies a malfunction within the EBCM/EBTCM.
Conditions for Setting the DTC
DTC C0550 is set when an internal EBCM/EBTCM malfunction exists.
Action Taken When the DTC Sets
| • | A malfunction DTC stores. |
| • | The ABS/TCS disables. |
| • | The amber ABS/TCS indicator(s) turn on. |
| • | The Red BRAKE Warning indicator turn on. |
Conditions for Clearing the DTC
| • | Condition for DTC is no longer present and scan tool clear DTC function is used. |
| • | 100 ignition cycles pass with no DTCs detected. |
